温肾化瘀法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

Treatment of Adenomyosis by Warming Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis

:目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )的治则 ,寻求治疗子宫内膜异位症有效而副作用小、复发率低的方药。方法 用桂苓消异汤及西药丹那唑治疗子宫内膜异位症 ,观察 2组病例总疗效、临床症状、体征的改善度及抗子宫内膜抗体、CA12 5值的变化 ;观察 2种药物的副作用情况 ;随访受孕率及停药后的复发率。结果 中药组和对照组总有效率分别为 83 .87%和 72 .0 0 % ;在改善临床症状方面 ,中药组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在体征消除、抗子宫内膜抗体的转阴率、血中CA12 5值的下降等方面 2者均无显著性差异 ,但中药组副作用小、受孕率高、复发率低 ,显示了明显的优越性。结论 子宫内膜异位症的治疗可以温肾化瘀为基本治法 ,桂苓消异汤为治疗本病的有效方药。

OBJECTIVE To detect the therapeutic principles for adenomyosis and seek effective prescriptions for the treatment of the diseases with minor side effect and low rate of recurrence.METHODS Guilingxiaoyi Decoction and western medicine were used to treat two groups of patients respectively and the results were observed.RESULTS The total effective rates in the Chinese drug group and the control group were 83.87% and 72.00% respectively. In improving clinical symptoms, the results obtained in the Chinese drug group were markedly more satisfactory than those in the control group. There were no significant differences in body sign relief, decline of CA125 value in the blood, etc. But in the Chinese drug group there were less side effect, high rate of conception and low rate of recurrence.CONCLUSION Adenomyosis can be treated mainly by warming the kidney and removing blood stasis, and Guilingxiaoyi Decoction is an effective prescription of the disease.
