摘要
目的 探讨突触素在脑干损伤早期的改变及意义。 方法 针刺法造成大鼠脑干损伤 ,用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析技术定量观察脑干中突触素在伤后不同时间的改变。 结果 脑干损伤部位的突触素免疫阳性物在伤后 3~ 6h显著减少 ,其后恢复正常 ,持续至伤后2 4h。 结论 脑干组织中的突触前成分在损伤早期即有改变 ,有可能影响神经递质的释放。
Objective To study the significance of the changes of synaptophysin at early stage following brainstem injury. Methods After stabbing in rat's brainstem with a needle, the changes of synaptophysin in the brainstem at different time after injury were detected quantitatively with immunohistochemistry and computerized image analysis. Results The synaptophysin positivity in the injured areas of brainstem remarkably decreased at 3~6 h after injury, then returned to normal levels up to 24 h after injury. Conclusions The presynaptic element in brainstem is altered at early stage of injury, which may interfere with the release of neurotransmitter.
