In the year of 2012, Weichai had sold total of 540,000 sets of all kinds of engines, among which 5L and 7L models were 7,452 sets, an increase of 76.6% comparing to that of the previous year, indicating that the company had taken a share in the mid-size and heavy-duty truck sections. In addition, the sales of total LNG engines reached to 22,362 sets, 163.5% over the last year.
