摘要
罗家伦的青年教育观虽然是在国内外求学过程中逐渐形成的,但是,作为一种比较完整的思想体系,却是在任职清华大学和国立中央大学期间陆续阐发、并不断完善的。其宗旨与目标,是通过大学"完备"的教育,也是他教育观中的主体内容,则是对青年学生实施"理想信念教育、知识教育、人格教育、体格教育",以期造就出健全的体魄、注意理性、关心人类情感、有着合理知识结构、追求和谐完美的大批优秀青年。其中很大程度上寄托了罗家伦自己的人生追求、价值取向及忧国情怀。
Luo Jialun’s view on youth education was formed gradually at home and abroad,but as a relatively complete system of thought,it was elucidated and improved continually during his working in Tsinghua University and National Central University.Its purpose and goal was the implementation of education in ideals & beliefs,knowledge,personality and physical,by means of complete education in the university,which is also the main body of his view on education.Its aim was to build a large number of outstanding young people with sound body,rationality,caring human emotions,a reasonable knowledge structure and pursuit of the perfect harmony.In a large scale,it entrusted Luo Jialun’s own pursuit of life,value orientation and feelings of obsession.
