摘要
随着交通建设的飞速发展,跨江跨河交通由于受成本和环境的影响,交通压力越来越大,跨深水河湖桥梁建造数量及规模的不断增大,深水桥梁施工越来越频繁多见。桥梁下部结构深水基础施工是工程的重点、难点,也是跨深水桥梁建设中的一个薄弱环节,容易出现各类质量和安全隐患问题。根据水文地质条件的不同,采用的施工措施也是多种多样,但是无论何种施工措施,必须要满足简单可靠、经济适用的原则。本文通过新南港大桥工程深水基础施工,全面阐述了深水基础施工过程中的双壁钢套箱测控技术,下沉技术、封堵及封底技术等综合技术,有效地解决了入海口深水基础钢套箱的综合施工技术、精确定位和防水防渗问题等多项指标的控制等。
Along with the fast development of transportation, and the traffic over river is affected by the cost and theenvironment, the traffic press become larger. The nnmber and scale of the bridge over the deep river and lake bigger and bigger, the deep water bridge construction more and more. The foundation construction of the lower structure of the bridge is the keystone, difficulties and a weakness point in the construction of deep water bridge, and therefore the quality and safety hidden trouble is easy occurred. Different hydrological conditions have different construction measures, but whether the construction measure, it must satisfy the principle of simple, reliable, economic and applicable. Based on the deep water foundation construction of Xinnangang bridge, the article introduced the double wall steel box sleeve test and control technology, sinking technology, blocking and bottom sealing technology and so on, effectively solved the waterproof, location exactly and synthesis construction technology of deep water foundation steel box sleeve.
