摘要
研究了锌、铝喷涂层及普通碳钢(基体)在不同pH值环境介质中的耐腐蚀性能。浸泡实验失重研究及电化学极化曲线研究结果表明,在弱碱性溶液中锌喷涂层可提高耐蚀性;而在弱酸性溶液中铝喷涂层具有较好的耐蚀性。锌、铝喷涂层在酸性、碱性介质中的耐蚀机理可用电位—pH图来解释。
The corrosion resisting properties of common carbon steel and Zn and Al sprayed coatings on the surface of common carbon steel have been studied in the mediums of different PH values. The results of both weight-loss and electrochemical polarization tests show that Zn coating can improve corrosion resisting property in basic solution and that Al coating has excellent corrosion resisting property in acid solution. The corrosion resistance mechanism of Zn and Al coatings in acid and basic mediums can be explained by potential-PH diagram.
