Study on Traffic Improvement of Paralleled Off-ramp Ground Weaving Section of Long-distance Elevated Expressway Based on VISSIM Simulation

以武汉市二环线汉口段为例,运用VISSIM软件,分析了长距离高架快速路平行式下桥匝道地面联结段(以下称"联结段")交通拥堵问题的成因,并探讨了有效缓解拥堵及改善交通状况之方法。

The paper analyzes the cause of traffic congestion at the paralleled off-ramp ground weaving section of the long-distance elevated expressway by the example of Hankou Section in Wuhan City No.2 Ring Line and using VISSIM software,and discusses the methods efficiently to relax the traffic congestion and to improve the traffic status.
