摘要
对发射箱内外的燃气流场以及激波的传播过程进行了大量的仿真计算,着重分析了发射箱前后箱盖未开启、后盖在一定冲击下破坏开启、剪切销剪断等情况下燃气流及激波对发射箱和箱内导弹的冲击影响规律。计算结果表明,在发射箱前后盖均关闭的情况下,箱内会产生较强的激波,即使发射箱后盖在燃气流的冲击下破坏开启,仍有激波向前盖方向传播,如果激波不足以将前盖冲开,激波经前盖反射向发射箱后部传播,这样,发射箱和导弹将再次受到激波的冲击。
In order to study the effect of flow gas and shock wave on launcher and missile, much numerical simulation of flow gas and shock wave is carried out. The impact of the flow gas and shock wave on the launcher and missile is mostly analyzed when the post-cover of the launch container is closed, the post-cover is opened with certain impact and the shearing pin is cut off. The results show that the strong shock wave will produced in the launch container when the pre-cover and post-cover are closed, and the shock wave will spread to the pre-cover even when the post-cover is opened by the impact of the shock wave. If the pre-cover cannot be opened by the impact of the shock wave, the shock wave after the reflection of the pre-cover will spread to the back-end of the launch container. So the launcher and missile will be impacted again by the shock wave.
