摘要
以水面舰艇及其舰载直升机协同反潜作战为背景,根据舰机协同反潜作战的典型过程,建立了舰机协同立体反潜作战能力指标体系;然后结合变权理论,建立了基于目标熵值变化的指标权重计算方法;用区间数理论表示舰机协同反潜作战能力指标,并构建了区间数排序方法,通过加入评估人员心态指标和评估人员对属性区间数的修正系数,建立了完整的人在回路控制的舰机协同反潜能力评估系统;最后通过算例说明了模型和方法的可行性。
Regarding surface ship with its helicopter cooperative anti-submarine combat as the background, and considering typical process of surface ship with its helicopter cooperative anti-submarine combat, the index system of surface ship with helicopter three-dimensional cooperative anti-submarine has been built. Then combined with variable weight theory, method to compute feature weight based on information entropy was built up. Modified open interval number theory was used to express index system of surface ship with helicopter three-dimensional cooperative anti-submarine, and priority method of interval number was constructed. Through adding index of attitude and revised coefficient for feature interval number of appraiser, complete combat capability evaluation system of man-in-loop control of surface ship with helicopter cooperative anti-submarine was founded. Finally, an example was given to prove the validity of the model and method.
