摘要
在工业实践的基础上,总结了PVC钢板的磷化处理工艺技术,研究磷化膜的特性,探讨磷化工艺因素对PVC钢板磷化效应的影响。磷化试验的结果使PVC钢板的粘结性能达到日本工业标准JLS K6744-77的规定。
On the basis of industrial practice,the phosphating process of PVC laminated steel steer is summarized,the characters of phosphating films is examined and the influence of process factors on the phosphating effect of PVC laminated steel sheet is discussed. The phosphating experimental results show that the sticking properties of PVC laminated steel sheet accord with the standards of JISK 6744-77.
