摘要
1例31岁男性患者,因上呼吸道感染给予盐酸莫西沙星片口服0.4g/次,一日1次。2小时后出现口苦、味觉异常等变化,3天后消失;第4天患者自行再次服用莫西沙星片后又出现味觉异常表现,停用后改为头孢泊肟酯片后未出现味觉异常。
