The influence on patients compliance of DPP-4 inhibitors in the security aspect
摘要
二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂是治疗2型糖尿病的新靶点,其作用机制是靶向控制餐后和空腹血糖,增强B细胞对于血糖的敏感性,增加血糖依赖性胰岛素分泌。
