238例低体重先天性心脏病婴幼儿行心内直视手术的护理配合

Nursing coordination of 238 cases of congenital heart disease infants with low weight undergoing open heart surgery

[目的]总结低体重先天性心脏病婴幼儿行心内直视手术的护理配合。[方法]对238例15kg以下低体重先天性心脏病婴幼儿行心内直视手术,同时加强护理配合。[结果]238例患儿手术均获成功,227例完全治愈出院,8例心脏复合畸形患儿术后临床症状缓解、生活质量得到提高,3例死于肺部感染。[结论]加强低体重先天性心脏病婴幼儿行心内直视手术的护理配合是手术成功的保证。

Objective：To summarize the nursing coordination of 238 cases ot congenital heart disease infants with low weight undergoing open heart surgery. Methods：A total of 238 cases of congenital heart disease infants whose weight was less than 15kg received open heart surgery,at the same time,the nursing coordination was strengthened for them. Results： All operations on 238 patients were successful, 227 cases were completely cured and discharged, postoperative clinical symptoms were relieved and quality of life was improved in 8 cases of patients with cardiac composite malformation, 3 patients died of lung infection. Conclusion：To strengthen nursing coordination of 238 cases of congenital heart disease infants with low weight undergoing open heart surgery is a guarantee for successful surgery.
