摘要
铁路工程建设中的房屋建筑工程是不可缺少的一部分,其特殊地质区段的房屋地基处理方案,不仅影响到工程造价,而且对保证行车安全起到重要作用。此文以山西中南铁路通道瓦塘至洪洞北湿陷性黄土区段需建12处AT供电方式的AT所和分区所为例,针对各所所处的地质条件,论述可采取的地基处理方案。根据编制的概算和增加的投资,进行造价分析。结论是地基处理增加的费用与地基深度和采用的方案有关,地基越深,施工难度越大,费用相对增加。
Housing construction project of railway engineering construction is an indispensable part. Its special geological section of the building foundation treatment scheme, not only affects the construction cost, but also plays an important role to ensure the traffic safety. Taking building of 12 AT power supply station and partition station in Shanxi central south railway channel Watang to Hongdong north collapsible loess section, the paper discusses the foundation treatment scheme can take for each of the geological conditions. According to the preparation of budget estimates and increased investment, the cost analysis is performed. The conclusion is that the cost increase of foundation treatment and foundation depth is related to the adoption of the scheme, the deeper the foundation, the bigger the construction difficulty is, and the cost is relatively increased.
