摘要
在前几年的铁路工程建设中,不少工程项目采用初步设计文件进行施工招投标。由于初步设计深度不够,其后随着环境条件和有关设计方案的变化,会对所签订的承发包合同和管理产生影响。此文针对已建工程所发生的5个方面的影响进行分析与阐述,并对在建和没有进行概算清理的工程项目,从4个方面提出解决相关问题的建议。
In the railway engineering construction, preliminary design documents bidding was used in a lot of engineering construction projects. Due to the preliminary design depth is not enough, then as the change of environmental conditions and the relevant design, will affect signed by the contracting contract and management. This article in view of the existing engineering what happened five aspects carries on the analysis and elaboration, the influence of and to estimate under construction and notcleaning project, from four aspects put forward suggestion to solve the related problems.
