强迫症的森田神经质性格与应付方式的研究

Study on Morita neurotic personality and coping styles in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

目的探讨强迫症的森田神经质性格、应付方式及其相关性。方法对68例强迫症患者(OCD)和77例正常对照(NC)分别进行森田神经质性格调查表、应付方式问卷、一般情况调查表测量,对数据进行t、非参数检验及相关分析。结果①61例(89.7%)强迫症患者的森田神经质性格得分≥15分;30例症状加重的患者,其得分全部≥15分;不同严重程度患者间的森田神经质性格存在显著差异(P<0.01);患者组的森田神经质性格得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.001,P<0.001)。②患者组在解决问题、求助因子上低于对照组,在自责、幻想、退避因子间高于对照组(t=-7.429,-3.550,10.797,4.483,3.570,均P<0.001)。③患者组森田神经质性格与自责、幻想存在着显著正相关(r=0.389,0.395,均P<0.01)。结论强迫症患者往往采取不成熟的应付方式,这些与森田神经质性格关系密切,应引起足够的重视。

Objective To explore the Morita neurotic personality（MNP） and coping styles in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD） and their correlation.Methods Morita neurotic personality questionnaire,coping styles questionnaire（CSQ） and questionnaire on general situation were performed in 68 patients with OCD and 77 normal subjects.The statistical analysis such as t,nonparametric test and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data.Results ①Scores of MNP in OCD were higher than or equal to 15 in 61 patients（89.7%）.Scores of MNP in 30 patients with serious symptoms were all more than or equal to 15.MNP in OCD patients was significantly higher that in normal controls（t=16.001,P〈0.001）.②Compared with the normal controls,patients with OCD had lower scores in problem-solving,resorting,and higher scores in blaming,fantasy and wincing in coping styles questionnaire（t=-7.429,-3.550,10.797,4.483,3.570,all P〈0.001）.③MNP of patients with OCD was significantly positively correlated with blaming and fantasy（r=0.389,0.395,both P〈0.01）.Conclusion Patients with OCD often take immature coping styles,which is significantly positively correlated with MNP,so more attention should be paid to MNP of patients with OCD.
