摘要
目的分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心电图中缺血性J波与恶性室性心律失常的关系。方法将120例急性心肌梗死患者按心电图中是否存在缺血性J波分为J波组和非J波组,受试者均在急性心肌梗死发生后3周内进行过多次心电图检查,至少1次24 h动态心电图检查,比较两组间临床情况和动态心电图分析结果。结果 J波组心肌梗死前心绞痛、前壁心肌梗死、恶性室性心律失常发生率明显高于非J波组(P<0.05)。结论心电图J波可作为急性心肌梗死患者发生恶性室性心律失常的预警指标。
Objective To explore the relationship between ischemia-induced J wave in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） and malignant ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 AMI patients were enrolled and assigned into two groups：J wave group and non-J wave group.Electrocardiogram examination was repeatedly performed in 3 weeks after AMI,including 24 h Holter monitoring at.least one time.Clinical setting and Holter results were compared between two groups.Results Incidences of angina pectoris,anterior myocardial infarction and malignant ventricular arrhythmia were higher in J wave group than those in non-J wave group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ischemia-induced J wave may be a marker to predict the occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction patients.
