摘要
目的观察α-硫辛酸联合西洛他唑、甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DPN患者按计算机随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组给予甲钴胺、西洛他唑治疗,治疗组在此组基础上加用α-硫辛酸治疗,共4周,并于治疗前后检测神经的传导速度,包括运动传导速度(MNCV)及感觉传导速度(SNCV),评价治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的MNCV[(46.8±3.2)m/s]及SNCV[(46.3±3.7)m/s]高于对照组MNCV[(43.7±4.1)m/s]及SNCV[(42.4±2.8)m/s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(93.4%)高于对照组(66.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合西洛他唑、甲钴胺治疗较甲钴胺和西洛他唑联合更有效。
Objective To explore the curative effects of thioctic acid combined with cilostazol and methycobal for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were given cilostazol and methycobal.The patients in treatment group were additionally given thioctic acid for 4 weeks.The motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)were determined and compared between two groups.The curative effects in two groups were evaluated.Results MNCV and SNCV in treatment group were higher than those in control group,respectively(P〈0.05).The effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(93.4% vs 66.6%,P〈0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of thioctic acid combined with cilostazol and methycobal for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than that of cilostazol combined methycobal.
