循证护理在预防老年髋部骨折患者肺部感染中的应用

Application of evidence based nursing （EBN） to prevent pulmonary infection in elderly patients with hip fractures

目的探讨运用循证护理的方法减少骨科老年髋部骨折的肺部感染的发生率。方法通过对149例老年髋部骨折患者的观察及护理，提出循证问题，通过检索相关文献寻找循证支持，并与以往的护理经验和知识及患者的实际情况相结合制定最佳的护理方案。结果本组149例患者住院期间15例并发肺部感染，占骨科患者总人数的0．85％，肺部感染率明显低于同期院肺部感染率（2．43％）。结论通过循证护理的方法可以减少老年髋部骨折患者肺部感染的发生。

Objective To discuss the application of evidence based nursing in Department of Orthopedics to reduce pulmonary infection in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods Based on the observation and nursing of 149 elderly patients with hip fracture, evidence based problems were brought up, relevant literature were retrieved for evidence based support, and best nursing method was developed according to previous nursing experience combined with patients＇ actual situation. Results 15 out of 149 patients had pulmonary infection in Department of Orthopedics, with the rate of 0.85%, which was lower than the average rate （2.43%）. Conclusions Evidence based nursing can help to reduce the rate of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with hip fracture.
