摘要 硒蛋白P(selenoprotein P,SelP)对于硒转运及维持硒水平稳定非常重要。硒蛋白P主要分布于小脑、嗅球、海马区和额叶皮质,神经元和星形胶质细胞中均有其表达,对神经细胞具有保护作用,在维持正常的脑功能中发挥着重要作用。硒蛋白P基因敲除导致小鼠神经损伤,甚至死亡。硒蛋白P与阿尔茨海默症、帕金森综合征、癫痫等神经退行性疾病的发生有关。重点介绍硒蛋白P在神经退行性变化方面的作用。 Selenoprotein P plays an important role in the transportation and homeostasis of selenium (Se). It is mainly distributed in the cerebellum, olfactory bulb, hippocampus and frontal cortex. The expression of selenoprotein P is observed in both neurons and astrocytes. Selenopotein P can protect nerves and is also important for maintaining the normal function of brain. The genetic deletion of selenoprotein P in mice can result in neurological dysfunction and even death. Selenoprotein P is also involved in neurodegeneration diseases including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and seizures. This paper focuses on the role of selenoprotein P in neurodegenerative changes.
