浅析不同添加剂对AgSnO_2(12)触头材料电性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 在直流纯电阻负载、24 V、20 A条件下,对同一种工艺方法、不同添加剂及含量制造的AgSnO2触头材料进行了相同操作次数的模拟电寿命试验,对整个试验中电弧能量、燃弧时间及熔焊力做了实时监测,并测量了试验后动、静触头的质量损失。对各组模拟电寿命试验结果对比分析的结果表明,不同添加剂在电弧作用下对AgSnO2(12)触头材料的烧损会产生不同影响;在本试验条件下,合适的添加剂可以有效降低AgSnO2(12)触头材料的烧损量和熔焊力,提高触头材料的电寿命。 Electrical life model tests with the same operation numbers were made on AgSnO2 con- tact materials produced by the same process but with different additives, under the condition of DC resistance load, 24 V and 20 A. The arc energy, arcing time and welding force were measured during the whole test process. Meanwhile the mass losses of the moving and fixed contacts were measured at the end of the test. The comprision and analysis of the test results show that different mass losses of AgSnO2(12) contact materials are caused by different additives under arc action, and that under this test condition, appropriate additives can effectively lower the mass losses and welding force of AgSnO2(12) contact materials and thus increase the service life of the material.
