25(OH)D与2型糖尿病视网膜病变程度的相关性 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]与2型糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度的相关性。方法选择200例2型糖尿病患者(病例组),按眼底造影分期分为无糖尿病视网膜病变组、背景型视网膜病变组、早期增殖期视网膜病变组及增殖期视网膜病变组各50例。另选50例非糖尿病患者作为对照组。分别检测各组血清25(OH)D、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及肝肾功能。结果血清25(OH)D水平随着糖尿病视网膜病变的严重程度逐渐降低(P均<0.05),且均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析示,血清25(OH)D受糖尿病视网膜病变程度分级、病程及糖化血红蛋白影响较大(P均<0.05)。结论 25(OH)D缺乏在糖尿病视网膜病变中广泛存在,且随着糖尿病视网膜病变眼底分级程度呈下降趋势,可作为预测糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度的指标之一。
