冠心病患者血清脂蛋白a与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价冠心病患者血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法选择行冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查患者175例,根据CAG结果将患者分为冠心病组150例和非冠心病组(对照组)25例,采用SYNTAX积分评价冠状动脉狭窄程度,将冠心病组按狭窄程度分为轻、中、重三个亚组。检测各组血清Lp(a)和血脂水平,分析Lp(a)与SYNTAX积分的相关性。结果冠心病组血清Lp(a)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着SYNTAX积分的升高,Lp(a)水平逐渐升高(P<0.01);冠心病组Lp(a)水平与SYNTAX积分呈显著正相关(r=0.424,P<0.01)。结论 Lp(a)是评价冠状动脉狭窄程度的一个潜在指标,可为冠心病的诊断和治疗提供参考。
