惠州地区中药注射剂不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Huizhou

目的分析探讨中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为中药注射剂在临床上合理应用提供参考。方法对广东省药品不良反应监测中心惠州工作站和本院在2009-01～2012-02上报的127例中药注射剂不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果在127例发生ADR的患者中,男性多于女性(57.48%vs 42.52%),以老年人为主(49.61%);临床表现以皮肤及附件损害(60.62%)、消化系统(28.35%)、呼吸系统(20.47%)和心血管系统(19.69%)症状最为常见;ADR多发生于静脉用药后2 h内(91.32%)。结论临床应重视中药注射剂的不良反应,加强用药管理和不良反应监测。

Objective To analyze the rules and characteristics of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection,in order to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic.Methods A total of 127 ADR cases reported by Huizhou ADR monitoring workstations and Huizhou First hospital from Jan 2009 to Feb 2012 were analyzed.Results Among these ADR patients,more male（57.48%） patients than female patients（42.52%）,the majority of patients were the aged（49.61%）.The main clinical damage included skin and accessories（60.62%）,digestive system（28.35%）,respiratory system（20.47%）,and cardiovascular system（19.69%）.Most ADRs occurred in 2 h after medication（91.32%）.Conclusion Medical workers should pay more attention to ADR of TCM injections,and strengthen monitoring and management.
