摘要
研究了镍磷-碳化硅化学复合镀层的沉积特性。结果表明,碳化硅粒子的复合,镀层表面粗糙度增大,摩擦系数升高,显微硬度显著高于镍磷镀层,具有更好的耐磨性能。
The performances of electroless Ni-P-SiC composite coating were studied, The results showed that the SiC particles lead to increase surface roughness and friction coefficient of the coating, and the microhardness of such composite coating was obviously higher than that of Nj-P coating with better wear resistance
