摘要 目的 :本实验研究 5 0Hz交变磁场和稳恒磁场对荷瘤小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和IgG水平的影响。方法 :将接种肿瘤的小鼠随机分成一对照组和两实验组。两实验组小鼠分别施于 15mT的交变磁场和 80mT的稳恒磁场作用 ,每天 2次 ,每次 1h。在肿瘤全部出现后的第 9天 ,测定血清中TNF水平和IgG含量 ,分别与对照组比较。结果 :表明15mT的 5 0Hz交变磁场和 80mT的稳恒磁场均能明显提高血清TNF的水平 (P <0 .0 1)。而对血清IgG含量的影响 ,交变磁场较稳恒磁场明显 (P <0 .0 2 )。结论 :提示磁场可通过提高血清中TNF水平和IgG含量 ,抑制肿瘤生长 。 Objective:In this experiment,we studied the effect of 50Hz time varying magnetic fields and static magnetic fields action on the levels of TNF and IgG in the serum of mice with tumors.Methods:The mice with tumors were divided randomly into a control group and two experimental gronps,on the mice of one of the experimental gronps,15mT,50Hz time varying magnetic fields were used,while on the mice of the other experimental group,80mT static magnetic fields were used,in a frequency of twice every day,for one hour each time,9 days after the tumor exposure,the levels of TNF and IgG in the serum of the mice with tumours were determined.Results:The study shows that the amount of TNF of time varying magnetic fields group and static magnetic fields group are both obviously higher than that of the control group( P <0.01),but as to the amount of IgG,the group of time varying magnetic fields is higher than the group of static magnetic fields( P <0.02).Concluson:The magnetic fields can increase the amount of TNF and IgG by inhibiting tumors and improving immune function.
