Study on the Party-People Cooperation Decision-making Process with Chinese Characteristics A New Perspective on the Improvement of Inter-Party Decision-making

中国特色的党群合作决策模式由"八位一体"的内容构成。决策主体是政党与群众,决策基本程序是走群众路线,决策价值取向是为群众谋利,决策指导思想是实事求是,决策合作方式是党群共协商,决策智援方式是党内外结合,决策运行机制由九大机制构成,决策制度体系由九大制度构成。

The decision-making process with Chinese characteristics through the cooperation of the Party and the people consists of eight aspects： The main bodies of decision-making are CPC and the people. The basic procedure is to follow the mass line. The value orientation of decision-making is to serve the people. Seeking truth from facts is the mindset. Discussions between the Party and the mass are the intellectually supporting mode of decision-making. Combing both internal and external powers of CPC is the operating mechanism of decision-making; and the decision-making mechanism consists of nine major systems.
