摘要
文化创意产业是在全球化背景下发展起来的新兴理念和实践,文化创意产业集群所具有的群体竞争优势和集聚发展的规模效益是其他产业组织形式难以比拟的。长三角地区创意产业园区迅速崛起,已经形成以上海为龙头,带动杭州、南京等地的长三角创意产业集群,以工业设计、广告策划、动漫游戏等为优势行业的文化创意产业集聚态势。规划设计、品牌建设、金融支持、人才培养等方式是解决长三角地区文化创意产业集群发展的重要途径。
A brand new idea developed in the process of globalization, cultural and creative industry is of unique competitiveness and will achieve unparalleled large-scale benefits through industrial cluster. Headed by Shanghai, cuhuIal and creative industrial parks emerge quickly in the Yangtze River Delta and form industry clusters that include cities such as Hangzhou and Nanjing in the region. It consists of pioneering industries such as industrial design, advertising planning, comic and animation. The main ways to develop creative industry in Yangtze River Delta are planning design, brand building, financial support and talents cultivation.
