The Communist Party of China （CPC） has made great achievements as a ruling party during the past decades. The thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of the establishment of the CPC central leadership as well as lessons drawn from the past. It reviews the historical process of Jiang Zemin and the formation of CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao as the secretary general.
