A Historical Exploration into CPC-KMT Relationship before the Second National Congress of KMT

国共关系是民主革命时期影响中国政局的决定性因素。表面上看,国民党二大召开前的国共关系呈现出亲密合作、团结奋斗的局面,但事实证明,国共两党之间早已存在的政见分歧,不仅使双方的裂痕日益加深,而且还与国民党内的政治斗争以及共产国际的外因纠缠在一起,对国共两党的合作前景产生了重要的影响。

The CPC-KMT relationship was a determining factor that greatly influenced China political situation in democratic revolution period. It seemed that CPC and KMT were closely working together to strive for a joint prosperity and peace before the second central committee of KMT. However, the political diverge between CPC and KMT not only deepened their gap, but also was involved with the political struggles within KMT and the communist international. This greatly impacted the cooperation outlook between CPC and KMT.
