一种静态分级装置的流场模拟与优化

摘要 为了对浮选尾矿进行分级,实现粗、细尾矿的分别排放,设计了一种置于浮选柱底部的静态自溢流式分级装置。运用FLUENT软件,对其内部流场进行了流体动力学模拟,考察了溢流位置、挡板形态、入料通道形态等因素的影响。结果表明,分级装置的溢流出口应尽量布置在高处,圆锥形挡板角度应在60°~90°内选取;内桶下端出口宜采用直桶式,不宜采用缩口式。研究结果对浮选柱底部分级装置的设计和改进具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 In order to realize the separate discharge of coarse and fine flotation tailings, a classification device was designed with self-overflow. The classification device was integrated at the bottom of flotation column. The inner flow field was simulated employing commercial software FLUENT. The effect of three parameters including the position of the overflow, the angle of the cone plate and the shape of column lower part was studied. The calculation results show that the overflow of the classification device should be positioned as high as possible. The most suitable angle for the cone plate inside the device is between 60~~90~. The bottom of inner column should take a straight shape instead of a converged shape. The results show some significance in providing reference for the design and development of the classification device at the bottom of flotation column.
