摘要
近年来我国煤炭生产机械化程度不断提高,长距离、大运量的胶带输送机的使用日趋广泛,煤矿胶带输送机工作的可靠性与井下的安全生产直接相关。该文提出了基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器的下运式胶带输送机检测保护与控制系统的设计方案,该方案采用TMS320F2812作为控制核心,设计了胶带输送机的速度与加速度的检测、超速与打滑保护、加减速闭环控制。实验证明,该胶带输送机的设计方案调节方便、使用灵活。
Recently,with the level of production mechanization increasingly high and the application of the long distance and heavy load belt conveyor becoming wide,the reliability of belt conveyor directly affects the safety production of coal mine.Based on the TMS320F2812 digital signal processor,the paper intro-duced a designing scheme on the downward belt conveyor detection protection and control system.The scheme adopts TMS320F2812 as control core,designs the detection circuit on the speed and accelerat- ed speed,overspeed and slipping protection,speed closed-loop control.At last,the experiment proved the belt conveyor designing scheme to be convenient adjustment and flexible operation.
