摘要
随着中国经济的蓬勃发展,载货汽车已成为运输的主要工具,在利益的驱使下超载事故屡见不鲜。该文针对某载货汽车在行驶过程中,由于超载导致其右后车轮毂爆裂进行分析。通过外观检查、断口宏微观观察等技术手段,发现轮毂断口处存在大量河流状解理断裂,轮辐处同样存在大量河流状解理断裂[1]。说明该载货汽车轮毂爆裂是由于严重超载及拆卸轮胎前已存在的轮辋断裂等原因造成的。其失效性质为脆性断裂、塑性断裂。
