摘要
以地层中含硫化氢的高温高压复杂井——元坝×井为研究对象,针对该井射孔中存在的技术难点,从射孔工艺方案设计、井下射孔器材选取、器材试验、施工过程控制等方面进行阐述。采用普通油管输送式射孔工艺,套管加压起爆方式,外加的起爆压力设计为14~15MPa;起爆器和射孔枪满足高温高压施工环境要求,爆破器材全部选用超高温炸药,射孔弹装药PYX,导爆索、传爆管和起爆器火工件都装填HNS炸药;合理控制施工重点工序。可为安全优质施工提供技术保障。
Yuanba × well with high temperature and pressure and formation bearing He S is taken as research object. To solve the technical problems of perforating in this well, we discuss perforating program design, perforating material selection and testing, perforation process control and others in detail. We use conventional tubing conveyed perforation technology with casing pressure detonation, and detonation pressure designed is 14 - 15 MPa. Detonators and perforating gun meet the environment requirement of high temperature and pressure. Blasters use the ultra-high temperature explosives. The perforating shell is filled with PYX explosives, and detonating cord, booster and detonator are filled with HNS explosives. The key operation procedures are scientific. It can provide efficient technical supports for the safety and quality of perforating in such wells.
