摘要
为满足机车行业对产品安全质量日益严格的要求,提出建设基于质量追踪溯源理论的机车安全质量管理系统。通过阐述安全质量管理相关概念和质量可追溯理论,引入批次管理的方法,构建质量追踪溯源模型。最后,在理论成果的指导下,通过分析某机车公司对信息化平台的需求,设计并搭建起系统的体系架构和功能结构,实现机车产品质量的信息化管理,具有一定经济效益和社会价值。
In order to meet the stricter demand of products quality for locomotive industry, the safety and quality management system for diesel locomotive was put forward based on the theory of quality traceability. Some concepts related to safety and quality of management and theory of quality traceability were expounded. The method of batch management was introduced, and the model of quality traceability was built up. In the end, by analyzing the demands for information platform of a locomotive company, the system architecture and {unctional structure of the system was designed and set up directed by those theories. The system realizes information management for locomotive products, and contributes to economic benefits and social value.
