摘要
从ISO9001质量管理体系实施、认证的有效性角度,分析、探讨了在质量管理体系中充分应用质量技术的重要性;提出在质量管理体系运行过程中,文件化质量体系向技术化转换是实现质量管理体系有效性的重要方法。通过挖掘ISO9001标准中潜在的质量技术要求,识别、确定了标准中的技术条款及与之对应的适用质量技术;针对某一技术条款,分析并举例阐明了质量管理体系中多种质量技术联合应用的可能性。研究结果对企业、认证机构在改进质量管理体系有效性方面有所启迪。
The paper analyzes and discusses the importance of using quality techniques in quality management system from the view point of effectiveness of ISO9001 operation and certification. It is proposed that changing the documented quality management system to technicalized one is a critical method to realize effectiveness of quality management system during quality management system operation. Based on mining potential quality technique requirements in ISO9001 standard, the technical clauses and quality techniques related to them are discriminated and determined. Possibility of using a few quality techniques together to a certain technical clause is analyzed and described. The results are beneficial for enterprises and certification organizations to improve quality management system effectiveness.
