Assortment Planning Considering Consumers' Two-stage Choice Behavior

摘要 在网络收益管理框架下,研究了考虑消费者两阶段选择行为的品类规划问题。提出了基于消费者产品偏好的两阶段选择行为模型,并建立了品类规划问题的动态规划模型。利用选择确定性线性规划方法对模型进行了近似求解,推导了最优的产品组合。最后通过数值算例讨论了消费者两阶段选择行为对厂商平均期望收益与产品组合选择的影响。 This paper studies the assortment planning problem considering consumers' two- stage choice behavior in the context of network revenue management. A two-stage choice model based on consumer preferences is proposed, and a dynamic programming model for assortment planning is developed. The choice deterministic linear programming method (CDLP) is used to approximate the optimal offer sets. Finally, through numerical examples, the effects of consumers' two-stage choice behavior on firm's average expected revenues are discussed.
