摘要 介绍了一种的具有多孔陶瓷蓄热结构的新型燃气灶,并在实际使用条件下,对火势与燃气灶热效率的关系进行了充分的测试分析。测试结果表明:水温由20℃加热到100℃的过程中,新型商用燃气灶平均热效率为47%~60%,而传统商用燃气灶仅为37%~50%;对于测试中两种燃气灶,天然气流量与热效率都成单调递减关系,热效率最大值与最小值之比为1.3;使用新型燃气灶,燃气流量小于传统燃气灶的情况下,使用燃气费用低于传统燃气灶。 Some tests were made in order to find out the relation between the flow rate of natural gas and the thermal efficiency of gas and thermal efficiency of a novel porous ceramic heat storage efficient gas stove structure. The influences of the water temperature to the thermal efficiency have also been tested. The results showed that the average of the thermal efficiency for the new bussiness gas stove was 47 %-60 %, but the average of the thermal efficiency for the traditional bussiness gas stove was 37 %-50 %. The ratio of the maximum thermal efficiency to the minimum thermal efficiency was 1.3 for the pot. The primary energy consumption of boiling water with a novel porous ceramic heat storage efficient gas stove structure in big fire condition is more than with a traditional one.
