摘要
文章运用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)研究了生理pH条件下黄连素与牛血清白蛋白(Bovine serum albumin,简称BSA)及牛血红蛋白(Bovine hemoglobin,简称BHb)的相互作用,求算了黄连素与BSA及BHb结合的结合常数,研究了药物黄连素对BSA和BHb二级结构的影响。
In this work, the interactions of berberine with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and bovine hemoglobin (BHb) at physiological condition were studied by UV-Vis spectra in combination with Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The binding constants of berberine-BSA and berberine-BHb were calculated, and the effects ofberberine on the secondary structure of BSA or BHb were investegated.
