摘要
文章简要讨论了ABS树脂的接枝机理。并在转矩流变仪中用熔融接枝法制备ABS接枝物,探讨了配方(单体、引发剂用量)和反应条件(温度、转子转速)对接枝率的影响情况,并分析产生影响的原因,确定了使接枝率达到最大的配方和反应条件。
In the paper, the MAH and itaconic acid grafted to ABS copolymer were prepared in the molten state using a twin-screw extruder. The effects on formulation and reaction factors on the grafted rate were discussed. FTIR spectra of products indicated that maleic anhydride and itaconic acid successfully grafted on to the ABS backbone. The grafting degree (GD) of MAH and ITA were determined by the back-titration procedure.
