Technology Advances on Methylation of Toluene with Methanol over Modified ZSM-5 Zeolites to Para-xylene

综述了近年来国内外有关在改性ZSM-5催化剂上,甲醇、甲苯烷基化生产对二甲苯的研究进展。改性ZSM-5分子筛的孔结构、表面性能、酸量和酸强度,有利于催化活性和对位选择性的提高。

A review was presented on Methylatinn of toluene with methanol for p-xylene synthesis over modified ZSM-5 type zeolites.There were appropriate channel structure and certain surface acidity in modified ZSM-5type zeolites, including element modification methods on zeolites and the selection of reaction conditions. Both the reduction of pore dimension of zeolite catalysts and the suppression of strong acid sites could enhance the selectivity of pare-xylene.
