甲醇合成催化剂的选用与还原

摘要 甲醇合成催化剂活性与选择性关系到甲醇产品的单程转化率及纯度,是甲醇装置稳产高效的前提。每炉催化剂活性的高低,除与催化剂自身的生产质量和装填质量有关外,很大程度上还取决于催化剂还原质量的好坏,它将对催化剂寿命产生长远的影响。因此,必须严格、认真地进行还原操作。还原质量好的催化剂,其晶粒小、内部间隙多、活性表面积大,这种催化剂投入正常生产后具有反应活性高、催化剂床层温度分布均匀、使用寿命长等优点。 The activity and selectivity of the catalyst for methanol synthesis is related to the way conversion rate and the purity of the methanol product, also is the premise to stable and highly efficient of methanol plant. The level of catalyst activity per furnace, largely depending on the good or bad restore quality of catalyst, except with the catalyst production quality and filling quality, it produces long-term effects to catalyst life. Thus, restore operation must be strictly and seriously. Good reduction quality catalyst, the grain size is small, internal clearance is more, active surface area is large. This catalyst has a high reactivity and uniform distribution of the catalyst bed temperature, long life and other advantages after put into normal production.
