摘要
腈纶废水生化处理出水难以达到国家排放标准,这成为研究与实际运行中一个亟待解决的环保问题。氧化混凝剂对腈纶废水的深度处理有较好的处理效果。在药剂成本不到2元/吨条件下,就可使出水COD含量降至100 mg/L以下。氧化混凝剂使用方法与普通混凝剂相同,这为实际生产使用从操作与经济上提供了保障,也为该技术的进一步研究提供了参考。
It is difficult to meet the national discharge standard with biochemical treatment effluent of acrylic fiber wastewater. This becomes an environmental problem to be solved in research and practical operation. The advanced treatment effectiveness of acrylic fiber wastewater by oxidation coagulating agent is good. The effluent COD content was below 100 mg/L at conditions of the agent costing less than 2 yuardt. The using methods of oxidation coagulating agent and common coagulant were the same. It provided guarantee for the practical production from operation and economic aspects, and the reference for further research of this technique.
