摘要
对催化干气乙烯低聚反应体系进行了固定流化床反应器设计计算并进行了考察试验。在温度550℃,压力0.1 MPa,催化剂装填量10 g,原料气流量400 mL/min条件下,乙烯转化率为36.28%,丙烯收率和烯烃总收率分别可达14.76%和20.56%。要通过合理控制操作来避免节涌和鼓泡。
The design and calculation of fixed fluidized bed reactor was given. The oligomerization of ethylene in FCC dry gas was investigated. The results showed that ethylene conversion of 36.28 %, olefins yield and propylene yield of 14.76 % and 20.56 % respectively at 0.1 MPa under 550 ℃ with catalysts weight of 10 g and gas flow rate of 400 mL/min were obtained. Moderate operation should be noted to avoid slugging and bubbling.
