摘要 人才培养应从知识、能力、素质三个方面发展,其中以能力培养为重点。实验教学是培养学生动手能力和创造思维的主要途径,要把学生创新能力的培养作为重中之重,以适应社会和科学技术发展的需要。加强物理化学实验教学是提高实验教学质量的重要环节,也是培养学生能力的重要手段。 Personnel training should be devedoped from three aspects of knowledge, ability and quality, and expecially focus on ability training. Experimental teaching is the main way to develop students' practical ability and creative thinking, and the cultivation of students' innovation ability is the most important, in order to adapt to the society and the needs of the development of science and technology. Strengthening the physical chemistry experiment teaching is an important part to improve the quality of experimental teaching, and is also an important means of training students' ability.
