环氧乙烷溶液泵密封泄漏原因分析及改进措施

摘要 针对环氧乙烷溶液泵经常出现的机械密封泄漏现象进行分析,从改善机械密封的工作环境入手,在分析及计算的基础上进行了冲洗方案的改造,O型圈材质的改进,解决了环氧乙烷泵机械密封频繁泄漏问题。降低了设备故障率,节约了检维修费用,创造了较大的经济效益。 The leakage in the mechanical seal used in epoxy ethane pump was analyzed in the paper based on the analysis and calculation, and from the respect of mechanical seal application environment, change the plan of mechanical seal piping and replace the O-rings material. After these improvements, the equipment fault rate has been decreased the maintenance cost has been saved and the economic profit has been created.
