文章主要介绍了在无水AlCl3作用下用异丁烯做完基化剂,从混合C9芳烃溶剂油中合成烷基连三甲苯的过程,并交代了该烷基化反应的较佳工艺参数为:烯烃∶连三甲苯(mol/mol)=1.1∶1、烷基化温度(℃):70-90、催化剂/投料(m/m)=1.5∶100、烯烃进气速度l/min:3;减压精馏的较佳工艺参数为:真空度为9.584×10^4-9.927×10^4Pa、回流比R=3-15∶1、切取温度范围90-119℃。烷基连三甲苯的精馏收率在大于85%。
