On the Interposition of Social Work in Community Self-organizing Capacities Development

社会工作在社区服务上扮演着重要的角色,在社区自组织能力建设中具有重要的意义。目前我国城市社区的自组织能力仍相对较弱,社区自组织能力的提升尚存在着很大的发展空间。社会工作制度的介入将有利于承接政府转移出来的社会职能,推动非政府组织发育和社区居民的参与,促进社区自组织的能力建设。

Social work plays an important role in community services, and has an important meaning in community self-or- ganizing capacities development. At present the urban community self-organizing capacities are still weak in China, and the enhancement of community self-organizing capacities still has a very big developmental space. The interposition of social work institution will help carry on the social functions left by the government, impel the growth of non-governmental organizations and the participation of community residents, and promote the development of community self-organizing capacities.
