“资源导向”下企业集群网络演进的多主体仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 引入社会网络权力分布思想,定义"资源导向"下的企业网络行为,提出一个企业成长阶段性网络行为的演化分析框架,并构建企业集群网络演进的多主体仿真模型,分析探讨集群网络化演进的规律和特点.主要研究结论包括:"资源导向"下的企业集群网络的长期演进与集群的初始网络状态无关,且集群网络内部总会出现主导企业;网络结构演进呈现明显的小世界特征,演进的不同阶段呈现不同程度的派系现象;企业集群网络演进存在一个最优的效率区间. Organizational behavior in the network embeds in the evolutionary process and determines the evolutionary trends and results. A framework of organizational behavior is proposed from the resource-orientation perspective as well as a multi-agent simulation model of cluster network evolution based on the social network theory. Then the characteristics and laws of the cluster evolution are analyzed. The findings show that: In terms of evolutionary features, the long-term evolution as well as the appearance of keystones has nothing to do with the initial status of clusters; As to network structure, firm clusters of resource-orientation are with significant small-world characteristics. Degrees of faction phenomenon vary in different stages; From the efficiency viewpoint, there is an optimal evolutionary efficiency range for firm clusters of resource-orientation.
