文章从资源采集角度对电子书长期保存在出版供应、许可模式等采购流程中面临的挑战进行了初步分析,然后,基于集团采购模式提出了有效界定授权主体,保证内容完整授权;主动主张长期保存权利,积极纳入采购合同;积极参与电子书产业标准制定,保障电子书长期保存公共服务开展等应对策略。

Through analyzing the acquisition process of e - books, such as supply channels, licensing models and so on, the paper points out the challenges of long - term preservation on e - books. Based on the group＇ s procurement mode, the authors put forward some suggestions solving the challenges, effectively defining an authorizing body, to ensure that the contents completely authorized ; initiatively advocating the rights of long - term preservation in the license agreement ; ac- tively participating in the e - book industry standard - setting, to carry out public services of long - term preservation ef- ficiently.
